John, awesome job!

Have to admit I was initially worried that the judges had a pre determined outlook on your case and they tried hard to shut it down but then when the opposition started their BS weasel they appeared to see straight through it and kept him in his place.

Very well done mate to a random non legal, I thought you navigated the potential legal loopholes well.

That was my view too. I thought the judge appeared to be taking an intimidating / confrontational approach at the start of JB Sr's statement.

I'm not religious but I'm gonna say a prayer and light a candle for John!!

Agree to both parts. I just left a message on Aussie17s latest substack about the people that should be proud of themselves as representatives for faith, John Beaudoin is up there along with others like Ryan Cole who have followed their hearts calling.

Tbh I have no clue on religion or whats after or not but these people remind me that Christianity isn't the bloated corrupted pedo institutions I had thought but made up of good people with large hearts.

John should be proud that he has done more for his faith then most churches

Who knows how this will turn out but I think John did better than the appellee's council. This whole spectacle over the last four years seems to be turning more and more of us against the "apparatus". The appellee's argument that John didn't have a specific argument to support his religious beliefs seemed rich when at that time we were supposed to blindly accept safety and efficacy claims of an emergency use novel "medication" without support. As an engineer (in new product introduction), I was skeptical and smelled a rat from the get-go and therefore steered away from this elixir. I'm still on the fence about whether I should get this jab....lol. Losing my job was a small price to pay to dodge this one.

I listened earlier today of an old podcast (#642 Coffee and a Mike) with John and Mike Farris - I love that despite all the obstacles placed in the path, John soldiers on with compassion. In that show John made the statement "The pandemic is moral not viral" . Spot on! Obviously true and this experience has taught me a lot about humanity and specifically those that would rather be wrong but fit it than have the courage to speak out and stand up.

History will be on your side John regardless of the courts ruling.

Thanks for fighting the good fight and the best of luck!

Thanks much. Mike was one of my favorite podcast interviews because it was so relaxed. Others said it was one of my better appearances. Here it is for others to see. 2023 - Coffee and a Mike episode #642 - https://rumble.com/v2zk5yk-coffee-and-a-mike-episode-642-with-john-beaudoin-sr-cdc-lying-about-vaccine.html

"With all due respect" I thought the opposing counsel was a bit limp.

I had some sense of that from the judges as well.

Kudos, R.

I think you kicked he's ass. I don't understand why it went past "if you're over 30"... so they just got to change their position? fuck that.

Excellent work John. I watched the whole thing. You are doing battle in a very, very corrupt state - but you knew that already. I hope you win - you should; the school's argument is weak, in my opinion. May God bless you and continue to guide you. Thanks for everything you are doing for humanity. Peace.

Well, I don't know law, but I think you have grounds as you were informed not necessary when you applied, then when the changed the rules, they did not process your exemption application by either asking you directly to produce further evidence or informing you of their decision. I hope the judges see it that way. I worked in FE and they regularly over recruited students, just for tuition fees, enrolling many not up to doing the courses, knowing they'd drop out by Christmas, and they keep the fees!

Oh that explains the experience my friend had.... His school was so overbooked that they had to have ranking on who gets into classes... The dumbest shit was that they didn't give seniors highest priority, so he was stuck for an extra year.....

Greedy assholes!

I think you did quite well, certainly better than appellee’s counsel.

John, isn't it curious we don't have a religious test for office of the president of the United States but there is a religious test for an individual to exercise bodily autonomy?

I hope you win, that you have stated a claim. I don't know if, after that, you will win on the merits. I know you cannot add to the record. But see Dr.Ana Mihalcea's work photographing the contents of injections. Graphene dots, synthetic lipid (toxic) nanoparticles. And by other scientists, synthetic spike proteins with no off-switch i.e.causing endless inflammation, impairment of the body's natural anti-carcinogenic defenses, etc.

MSL doesn't look good in court, in my opinion.

I think you rocked this. The judges took you seriously—which is lot when you're pro se. When do you reasonable expect a ruling?

My prayers are with you, John.

I'm curious why it's ok for them to ask for a clergy communication in support of the religious exemption. I thought the law took into account that people might not belong to a church yet could hold religious beliefs about this subject.

Yep, and my job tried to pull the same shit.

I reminded them of title 7 of the civil rights act...

Honestly, the law supports a belief you just started to believe the day of.... So how do these authoritarians twist it?

I think as soon as someone takes the "COVID does not exist" FACT to the courts, the whole virus myth house of cards is going to come crashing down.

I suspect you did OK. And I am not a lawyer, but my win rate is 100% in a series of commercial arbitrations. ;-)
