You're not alone friend! I filed my Notice of Civil Claim against my former employer enacting the mandatory vaccination policy. They claimed it was a health and safety policy but failed to disclose to (1) employees that the shots were never clinically tested to prevent transmission or infection and (2) there were known injuries from the shots. In other words, they failed in their due diligence and that's what I'm suing them for.

We need to keep banging against the legal wall until a crack happens. It just takes one case ✊

Mine is a contract breach. It basically could have been anything that was a breach. It's not a violation of my rights or anything like that. The contract existed. It was clear. But the judge just dismissed it because she didn't like that I'd not taken the vax.

Hi John, I know exactly where that is and I live in Charlestown. I'll be there, wearing a "Do Not Comply" hat. Thanks, sounds like fun, sort of.

I agree with Tom. This is not about the vax. It's about standing doctrine and a contract breach. The underlying issue was the vax. But the case is not about a vax policy. It's about the fact that the school promised me I would not have to get the vax when it became available. That promise incorporates into the contract between me and the school. They then broke the terms by instituting a vax mandate and never ruling on my religious exemption. They just broke all contact with me after I submitted the application for exemption and they unenrolled me before the registration deadline.

Very well, thanks for the heads up. I guess I won't wear my favorite "Biden Likes Minors" tee shirt neither - dems are so easily triggered... :)

Tuesday with Philberg”, please drop the “Do not comply” hat as it will trigger and empower the enemy’s bias against John’s case.

I never do this, but I looked up the court case reference number in the Bible, No. 2023-P-1464

Mark 14:64

“You heard the blasphemy. Are you going to stand for it?” They condemned him, one and all."

Thank you John once AGAIN for standing up for truth.

See you there, LETS GO !!!

Best wishes from an Atheist descended from a famous Danish priest and his Nun, who welcomed the Lutheran Reformation so they could commence producing babies.

I saw the map of the USA after this election. I think I need to move. It makes me sad. I built a business 15 years ago, I designed and built my dream home, my beloved 19 1/4 to dog is buried in my back yard, I grew up in my town, I ran for Town Council and won. But the politics at the core of the state is saddening to me. I am thinking it is time to go.

Looking for Justice in the home of the infamous Salem Witch Trials? How bizarre. Leave your firearms at home. Massachusetts, home of the American Revolution, no guns allowed. At least you can get a decent cup of Dunkin' Donuts coffee. In spite of all that, I wish you success in court.

One more thing. I watched Superior Court yesterday in my town related to what I see as a breach of procedure done by our town related to wind farms.... So I pray you prevail. I wish I had the day off to be there.

It's still startling that the formerly atheist Left has drawn so close to Satanic practices & an accompanying spiritual fealty to such a metaphysical view. The Left has such contempt for religious belief that it defiantly embraces the opponent of such faith, wholly unaware of how it compromises itself in profound foundational terms. And so the 'law' becomes just another opportunity to express its strange 'a priori' antagonism.

UNFORTUNATELY I’m a citizen of Massachusetts, and yes, I believe Salem to be a portal to the devil, though I am laughed at for this belief. I joke (but not really) that state government is run by a coven of witches because evil, subterfuge and coercion seem to be their game. Barely a TRUE Christian in sight.
