To Joint Committee on Public Health,

This is a supplement to my oral testimony.

I'm the guy who told Sen Cyr to stop talking to the woman next to him, who was making faces, and pay attention to my testimony.

All my life I've witnessed the high school type of behavior that was evident in committee members in the hearing on July 26, Tuesday.  The mediocre kids would make fun of the smart kids and call them brains and nerds and such. Well, there's no difference now.

If you're confused by my testimony, I will clarify now.

In your official capacities, you have qualified and sovereign immunity from tort, but you do NOT have any immunity from criminal prosecution.  Everyone is responsible for their own criminal behavior.  You cannot use the excuse that everyone else was doing it.

Ask a lawyer about legal duties.  Certain people, based on their training and their positions, have a legal duty to act when confronted with the opportunity to save others.  You have such a legal duty to act upon the information in this e-mail.

Exhibit F is 123 pages of hard evidence proving beyond reasonable doubt that certain Massachusetts Medical Examiners, in what became the custom and practice of fraud, did commit frauds of omission and commission.  All defendants were alerted via summons and Death Certificate corrections were required to be made in a "reasonable time."  No corrections have been made in more than TEN months, thus putting all defendants in a position of reckless mens rea at the very least, more likely a knowing mens rea, and maybe purposeful.

You are now in a position to act upon the information in EXHIBIT F.

Here are a few summaries from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health Vital Records database of Death Certificates from 2015 to present.

1. Hundreds of fentanyl overdose deaths and blunt force trauma deaths were also coded with covid because they had a positive test months before death or they tested the dead body for covid and it was positive.  This is criminal fraud under 18 USC § 1035, 1040, 1343 and was used as a predicate to cause 18 USC § 241 and 242.  RICO also applies as well as the Sherman Act.  Once a deeper investigation ensues, you will find that medical examiners did not do their jobs in the first major wave of covid.  They did not go to the office/lab.  They did not do tissue samples, blood labs, or imaging.  They made some phone calls and if some 90-year-old was coughing before death, they were labeled a covid death.  The MA DPH was in the habit of calling Medical Examiners to tell them they had a positive covid test on file in the past few months and asked the ME to add U07.1 covid to the Death Certificate.  This is fraud.

2. Numerous vaccine caused deaths are frauds of omission as the ME knew or should have known that the vaccine was causal in the chain of events leading to death.  Cassidy Baracka of Groton reacted in 5 minutes to the first vaccine.  She began vomiting and vomited for 8-10 hours.  After her second dose, she had stomach pain, 103F fever, and no bowel movement for 3 days.  Cassidy then died 5 days after 2nd dose on January 18, 2022.  Her death certificate says she died from covid and there is no mention of vaccination.  Double fraud.

3. Brianna McCarthy died April 15, 2021.  There is a published case report by 6 doctors from Harvard Medical College and BID MC.  The report states that Brianna died from  stroke caused by covid vaccination.  They detailed it.  Brianna reacted in hours with severe headache and then was brain dead days later after days of hellish pain.  She was asymptomatically positive for covid 4 months before death.  She reacted in hours to vaccine.  But on the death certificate, Brianna was listed as having died from a root cause of covid-19 and there is no mention of vaccination on her death certificate.  Double fraud.

4. Ian Shumaker of Bellingham was 11yo when he died shortly after booster from clots in his heart, which they found when they pulled it out of his chest to make an organ donation.  The recipient must have been really disappointed.  Perhaps Moderna got a two for one kill ratio with Ian's vaccination.

5. Amaya McDonough Rocha 12yo Milton died from stroke in same month as vax.  Cerebellar Tonsillar and Bilateral Uncal Herniation

6. Diane Dubois 62yo died March 2021 from stroke after vaccination.  It says so on her Death Certificate.  It's omitted from the ICD-10 codes.  This is CDC committing fraud.  CDC responded to allegations of fraud by stating that they do code.  They committed fraud again in their email response.

7. Eden MacDonald 17yo.  Vaxed. Went to doctor for terrible migraines twice in a week.  The headache resolved.  She then got her second dose.  Eden died June 2021 from cerebral venous sinus thrombosis CVST hemorrhagic stroke.  There is no mention of vaccine causing the stroke on her death certificate.  More fraud.

These are enough for you to be required to investigate.  Once you learn that all these are factually true, then you can contact me for more.  And I have many more.

In addition, based upon tracking causes of death by ICD-10 code, the causes for which there are individual cases as mentioned above also have massive increases in aggregate data numbers as of 2021.

An extrapolation shows the following:

Excess cardiac arrest (I46) deaths amount to ~3,000 deaths in 2021 and 2022 in MA alone

Excess pulmonary embolism (I26) deaths amount to ~500 deaths in 2021 and 2022 in MA alone

Excess cardiac arrhythmia deaths (I49) deaths amount to ~400 deaths in 2021 and 2022 in MA alone

Acute Renal Failure deaths, a pandemic of epic proportions in its own right, amounts to ~2,000 excess deaths in MA in 2021 and 2022.  This is likely due to Remdesivir, which is still being prescribed despite the knowledge that it causes ARF.  This is outright murder regardless of the CDC recommending it.  This will not be a good excuse for a murder defense.

Secondary lymph node cancer is 300% of normal in MA since 2021.  That's a 200% increase.

Bone marrow cancer is also high along with B-Cell lymphocytic leukemia, and peritoneal cancer.

Bacterial pneumonia is responsible for about 300 excess deaths likely due to a combination of the covid vaccine destroying the immune mechanism and partly because antibiotics were withheld from patients dying from covid.  This is insane.   The protocols killed almost ten times the number that covid did.

If you're wondering how the entire MA DPH and all you politicians can be wrong and one engineer with a computer can be right, it's very simple.  I don't work in government.

All you have to do is take 5 minutes to look up Cassidy Barack's immunization record in the MIIS Massachusetts Immunization Information Registry. If she was vaccinated for covid on January 13, 2022 like I think you will find, then you have a doubly fraudulent death certificate that caused fear in parents and caused them to put their kids in jeopardy of death by covid vaccination.

After you've spent those 5 minutes looking up Cassidy's record, and knowing that I'm right about one, then look up Brianna's Immunization record.  If you find that Brianna was injected on March 30, 2021, then you have another doubly fraudulent Death Certificate.

How many do you need?

Inaction concurrent with a legal duty to act on information and belief, and culminating in further deaths due to your inaction, meets the requisite elements for conviction of involuntary manslaughter at the very least, and likely felony murder and some criminal negligence types of murder.

Executive branch US DoJ changes parties now and then.  When it changes, I will be presenting to US Attorneys to get a federal grand jury to look at these many federal felonies committed in Massachusetts by agents of MA DPH to massively exaggerate the covid pandemic and to cover up covid vaccine deaths.

There is no statute of limitations for homicide crimes.

It would be wise for you to simply take a few minutes to do your job and verify that all I wrote here is true.  My system of analysis is more robust than any system in any state in the USA or likely elsewhere.  I found things you have no idea occurred.  These are facts using the Commonwealth's own Vital Records database.

This is not going away.

Please do not let your children take any of these mRNA vaccines.  I won't get into the cellular mechanisms.  But you have no idea what these are doing.  They never worked before 2020 though they were in R&D for decades.  All of a sudden they were rushed to market and no Democrat was going to take an mRNA vaccine as long as Donald Trump was president.  Once Joe Biden was president, you demanded that everyone take this experimental gene therapy not fit for human or animal use.  Why?  Are you that much in a cult of politics that you'd put your own well-being in jeopardy for one party but not the other.  That's insane and yet it is true.
