In layman’s terms I tell them the platelets aren’t produced and were altered ill/ inept/ineffective thus bleeding occurs whether from dysfunction cannot clot or from them sticking together when copious often creating microclots. Some low with the horrid itchy purpuric rash and some high. Few of them had anti platelet antibodies. IgG helped a couple. Heme referrals often. Others had autoimmune hemolytic anemia. Prior to 2022 I had zero cases of it. 22-23 I had 6. Working up someone now with that typical rash. I forgot which chapter, but featured a couple of these ppl in my book.

The vax affects the marrow. Blood cells form jn the marrow and are differentiated there or elsewhere. The cells formed at hematopoietic stem cells. They become red, white, and platelet cells. If they are messed up, you get things like nonclassical monocytes that then become weird macrophages. Macrophages gobble up the old and dying platelets. Well, what if the change in macrophages makes them gobble up healthy platelets and causes a shortage of platelets? You would have thrombocytopenia at the same time you're producing platelets at a healthy rate.
Yep! I theorize marrow assault for all this and more- hundreds with high monocytes and low lymphocytes then leukopenia, as well as downstream effects of escalated fractures (in part combo with all the syncopes/TIAs), joint derangements, leuk/lymphomas, etc
