ACTION Requested - Americans, please sign petition by end of 9/12

Hi All,

If you appreciate my data analyses and lawsuits against agents of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, please go to beyondthecon.com and sign the petition for a federal Grand Jury investigation of the FDA, CDC, NIH and other government agencies and actors.

Dr. Henry Ealy, Oregon Senator Dennis Linthicum, and Oregon Senator Kimberly Thatcher, Petitioners (aka, Plaintiffs), petitioned (different from the petitition you’re being asked to sign for public opinion support) the US District Court, District of Oregon, to put before the federal Grand Jury in Oregon, information and evidence, implicating government agencies and actors, in serious federal felony crimes.

Upon coincidental meeting months ago, Dr. Ealy invited me to audit his team’s meetings to expand my knowledge of Grand Jury theory, practice, purpose, and history. I appreciate very much the inclusion and warm welcome extended by the team. They are the frontal counter-attack many have been awaiting for 2+ years.

Our common objectives led to symbiotic strategies and improved utility among what Dr. Ealy would call “our” team. I’m happy to be included in that first-person plural possessive pronoun. The team comprises patriots rife with integrity, morality, ethics, grace, prudence, fortitude, temperance, and those who seek justice. These words collectively define this endeavor. One word, over which Socrates debated Meno as told by Plato in Meno, envelopes all the aforementioned. That word is virtue. The Grand Jury peition is, very simply, a venture in virtue.

From the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure:

Rule 6(a)(1) In General. When the public interest so requires, the court must order that one or more grand juries be summoned. A grand jury must have 16 to 23 members, and the court must order that enough legally qualified persons be summoned to meet this requirement.

A Grand Jury comprises 23 citizens and belongs to no branch of government. The Grand Jury determines whether there is enough evidence to prosecute, which is a probable cause standard. They do not convict or aquit. That comes later; and is in the purview of a Petit Jury.

The Grand Jury often interfaces with a US Attorney, who brings them evidence and consults with them on the law because the common citizen jurors lack knowledge of law. A federal judge also refers issues to the Grand Jury.

The Grand Jury acts as a shield to citizens against overly zealous or corrupt US Attorneys by denying indictment. And the Grand Jury acts as a sword in finding probable cause where appropriate resulting in presentment of an indictment.

If only a US Attorney, who works for the Department of Justice, an executive branch department, was allowed to liaise with the Grand Jury, then who would push for an investigation of an executive branch engaging in racketeering, conspiracy against rights, or other federal felonies committed against the citizens? This is why the Grand Jury does not belong to a branch of government, but rather belongs to The People.

The Grand Jury has the power to subpoena witnesses and evidence and hear testimony from witnesses without their attorneys in the room. Grand Juries are very powerful indeed. The US Attorney and judge are not to interfere or obstruct a Grand Jury’s investigation or deliberation.

Now here arises the question of whether a citizen may appear before a Grand Jury upon the citizen’s request and without referral by a US Attorney or federal judge.

Dr. Ealy’s team seems to be in alignment with all Constitional law, federal statutory law, and the scant stare decisis that exists on Grand Juries, especially including pre-USA English jurisprudence.

Although Grand Juries originated in England several hundred years ago (~800), only USA still has the Grand Jury system in place.

Make no mistake - the only recourse citizens have, in any court system, when the government commits crimes against the citizens, is the right to peitition the government for redress of grievances, directly to the Grand Jury. US Attorneys have shown themselves to be an illegal gate-keeper of information flow between citizen petitioners and Grand Jury foremen. Citizens must claim their right to circumvent the gate-keepers and petition the Grand Jury foreman to appear before the Grand Jury.

Ammendment I … to the Constitution of the United States of America

Congress shall make no law … abridging … the right of the people … to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
