Vaccine Death Count and a ramble
How many do you think died from the C19 vaccine?
This is a journal entry rather than an article. I have too much going on to outline and structure an article.
Steve called regarding my opinion on methods of calculating the C19 vaccine death count and covid death count. He embroiled himself in a debate challenge as to which is greater, vaccine deaths or covid deaths. Public conversation on the topic has since risen substantially since Steve’s debate challenge.
Housekeeping

On Legislation
My idea for correlating vaccination dates and types with death certificates began in my May 11, 2022 article, Two-sided solution found here. You can skip down until you see the section “Legislation”. Since then, I’ve made headway in many groups to educate people in calling for correlation of vaccine databases with DC databases. Some reached out to Ron DeSantis and Joe Ladapo on my behalf for a pro bono audit of public health data for the benefit of the public interest.
I maintain that I can end this debate in a week if any state allows me to correlate the databases. There is a term in law that fits. Res ipsa loquitur - direct translation “thing itself storyteller.” id est, “the thing itself is the teller of the story.” Lawyers and judges say, “The thing speaks for itself.” And that is what this data does. Once the number of deaths that occur within days or a couple weeks of vaccination are known, no doctor, no research scientist, no lawyer is necessary to explain or parse the data. The data will tell the story on its own. We will all be done with this vaccine.
My new shorter version of legislation
Part I of a bill would require that all death certificates contain new fields related to vaccination type and date received, if the decedent received the immunization within the past two years. This requires a simple one-minute search on a system that the medical examiners and doctors would perform.
Part II of the bill would require the department of public health of the given state to produce a public report semiannually. Each report would include a count of deaths within 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, 3 weeks, 10 weeks, 25 weeks, and 1 year of immunization. Variables such as age, gender, race, type of immunization, and others would also be in the report break-out.
I had the opportunity to pass this idea by three legislators from three nations recently. The former American congressman’s response was, “That’s never going to happen.” The British Member of Parliament said, “I can’t do anything until I get more MP’s to support me.” The Australian Senator said something less negative, but still an excuse to not pursue such an idea.
At the state level, where these bills are best enacted into law, there are a few around the nation who have expressed interest: Oregon, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania.
The root-cause of all this lies in failure of judicial and legislative branches to faithfully execute their duties to The People. They did not simply fail in their duties. They performed opposite to their duties in violation of federal and state law and their action and inaction resulted in mass homicide.
On coding the unvaccinated
In early 2022, CMS announced new codes to be entered in patient records. The new codes note the patient as “not vaccinated.'“ Here is some text from this cms.gov site:
In response to the ongoing national emergency concerning COVID-19, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) is implementing 3 new diagnosis codes, Z28.310, Z28.311 and Z28.39, into the International Classification of Diseases, Tenth Revision, Clinical Modification (ICD-10-CM), for reporting COVID-19 vaccination status effective April 1, 2022.
Think about this carefully for a moment. The government created codes to track the unvaccinated in settings of health care visits to providers, but they did NOT create codes to track the vaccinated in settings of health care visits. Or did they?
I know from my work that “Y59.0” and “T88.1” were available before covid and have been used on at least one death certificate in Massachusetts in the last eight years. Text explaining the codes is found here:

The above codes are general vaccine caused death codes and they are not specific to covid.
The government wants to track the health of the unvaccinated, but clearly does NOT want to track the health of the vaccinated.
Legislators from three different nations think it’s politically impossible to alert the public to the vaccination data of the dead that exists within government servers. Yet CMS whimsically produced codes to track the unvaccinated. My father always used to say, “There’s something rotten in Denmark.” I was too young to understand the reference and I never could read Shakespeare anyway. I defer to my high school education and consider all these people to be Quislings.

And now for the main event
How will I go about estimating covid deaths and vaccine deaths to see which is bigger? There is much fraud surrounding both as demonstrated in EXHIBIT F and EXHIBIT G of BEAUDOIN v BAKER (2022).
I just now decided to do a quick analysis for this article and do a more in-depth analysis tomorrow. Sorry for the tease in the title.
Massachusetts officially certified 19,852 DC’s with U07.1 covid in years 2020, 2021, and 2022 as a cause or contributing cause of death. Janice Grivetti, medical examiner in Boston, certified twenty-three U07.1 DC’s. A manual inspection of her certified covid deaths yielded about two (8.7%) that are actually covid deaths. To be conservative, double that to four (17.4%).
Cursory, fast extrapolation would yield 17.4% of 19,852, which is 3,453 likely actual covid deaths.
Now, the vaccine deaths. Clearly, from all my research and data previously provided, the following conservative calculations resulting in excess circulatory and blood deaths are vaccine-associated. I believe real vaccine deaths far exceed these numbers.

After subtracting I46.9 deaths, now only 413 more are needed to eclipse the covid count of 3,453.

NOTE: there is overlap among these. So you cannot just add them. However, even the total after overlap are subtracted eclipses the number of covid deaths.
VACCINE WINS! Vaccine killed more people than covid … and Vaccine likely saved no one
CONSERVATIVE COUNTING
All the “D” and “C” codes caused by the vaccine are not yet counted.
None of these are adjusted for age, which will add an order of magnitude difference in life-years lost
People will continue to die from the vaccine at a pace that far exceeds covid, thus the difference grows in time
Double fraud of covid vaccine deaths being covered up and counted as covid deaths are plentiful
That’s enough for tonight.
Steve is finally on the track of calling for correlation of vax date to DC’s in each state. Now we need to work on more people to get on board. If demand from enough of The People swells, we will end this. Either some state will show the data or they all will withhold the data. Either way, it will indicate that the vaccine killed many people. What are they hiding? The dead have no privacy rights to their vaccination status and data.
I appreciate you and everyone else drawing attention to these deaths. It’s heartbreaking knowing that it’s happening and it’s been done on purpose. It’s the biggest fight of our lives, bringing awareness to what’s been done while also trying to stop it.
