Remdesivir. He knows. He’s got a lot on his plate. He’s trying to save infants/children from being systemically poisoned through the recommended vaccine schedule. It would be great if he could do everything at once but he obviously can’t. Anything that he changes by decree can be re-installed after he is promptly fired. So he is taking a slower more methodical approach and he’s clearly not allowed to touch Operation Warp Speed or the PREP Act. I’m sure his appointment to HHS was contingent on his agreement to leave those alone.
I do not personally believe that the current medical industrial complex can be adequately turned around because of the total and complete capture of the media, regulatory agencies, medical journals, education systems, and politicians by the pharmaceutical industry. But I applaud his efforts to try.
Best way to avoid the harms from the system, IMO, is to make diet and lifestyle decisions like your life depends on it and avoid the medical system at all costs, except for emergency care for accidents, and to try to avoid those too by being extra cautious.

Using a Hampel Anomaly Identifier method, I was able to statistically corroborate your findings that the recent AKI death rates cannot be explained by the common causes of variation in AKI death rates, and should therefore be investigated by officials who are supposed to react on data which has been proven to be statistically signficant. Let's cross our fingers, but not hold our breath ...

It seems to me that there’s a third signal in the approx linear increase in annual AKI deaths from ~2700 soon after 1999 until the year when the annual number remains relatively stable (fluctuating between ~4900-5300).
Or perhaps there’s some other cause for that gradual near-doubling in the annual deaths, but it seems like a clear signal to me. Although it’s smaller than signals 1 and 2, it might be a significant precursor that set the stage for signals 1 and 2.
