I am John Beaudoin, Sr. speaking in support of BILL S.1094 // on bodily autonomy and family integrity. // You have now been served notice in the documents presented to you, // The CDC Memorandum and accompanying EXHIBITs.

These serve three main functions:

• Notice of criminal liability

• Cease and desist, and

• Required action.

It is strongly recommended that you engage personal legal counsel in this matter. // Government attorneys are conflicted between defending the government // or defending you. You can no longer assert “Ignorance of Fact” as a defense in the future. // You have been notified.

Since this is a criminal matter, there is no sovereign or qualified immunity for you. // And since the crimes involve homicide, there is no statute of limitations. // You have a legal duty to investigate. // Diane died at 62 from a stroke from the covid immunization. // Because the Massachusetts government did not investigate Diane’s death, // Brianna died at 30 years old // also from a stroke // reacting hours after covid vaccination; // and then Eden died at 17 years old // from a stroke // reacting in hours after covid vaccination. // Then Amaya died at 12 years old // from a stroke // in the same month as her covid vaccination. All in Massachsuetts.

The data shows that more than 3,000 excess Cardiac arrest deaths, // 500 Pulmonary embolism deaths, // 400 Cardiac arrhythmia deaths, // and hundreds of Stroke and Gastrointestinal ischemia deaths // occurred in Massachusetts alone // in 2021 and 2022.

I wonder if you even know that more than 2,000 // EXCESS / acute renal failure deaths // occurred in Massachusetts alone in 2021 and 2022. // Many were called covid deaths. // Do you know that the CDC recommends a protocol that the doctors just follow? // And the protocol kills kidneys and // therefore // people?

Covid positive test gets hospitals and doctors government money.

Remdesivir prescriptions get them more government money.

Then they hit patients with Lorazepam, Midazolam, and fentanyl to suppress breathing.

Then they ventilate patients for more government money.

Then the patients get lung bacterial infections.

Then comes a central line and some more drugs to beat the sepsis. // So, they hit the patients with vancomycin.

And then the organs are all killed // and the person dies // and Massachusetts labels them a //

COVID death //

Preserve bodily autonomy and family rights, so we can protect our children and ourselves FROM government.

I will spend the rest of my life trying to get you subpoenaed before a grand jury somewhere, sometime. It will happen. And you will answer // if you do not look into this information and act on it.

The truth is coming. Prepare yourselves.
