RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE GRAND JURY

Section VI. of "The CDC Memorandum"

Since I’ve been spending so much time trying to get 2 publications out by the end of the year, this substack has been languishing without any action. Sorry about that.

The editor of my new book, THE REAL CdC - PUBLIC HEALTH CRIMES 2020-2022, coming any day now and available on pre-order at TheRealCdC.com, listened to me read one of the last paragraphs of The CDC Memorandum over the phone. He insisted that I post it here on substack because he very much liked it.

So, here are the introductory paragraphs of section VI that come before the enumerated list of recommendations to the grand jury.

Upon reasonable belief and suspicion that a crime has been, is being, or will be committed, a grand jury has a duty to investigate such crime wherever it may lead. Any grand jury that comes into possession of these memorandum and exhibits has a duty to investigate despite any biases or preconceptions regarding the subject matter. The awesome responsibility and power of grand juries comprise one of the few safety nets that We The People have to protect ourselves from government agents and entities. Governments will rarely investigate or indict their own agents. Governments tend to be self-protecting, self-perpetuating hydras of bureaucracy. If grand juries will not take up their role and responsibility as the Founders envisioned, then The People will become subjects of inevitably tyrannical governments, the tyranny of which is as normal and predictable now as any other time in history.

The following enumerated list of recommendations responds to a few of the obvious and clear crimes evinced throughout these memorandum and exhibits. The list is surely not exhaustive. The enterprise nature of the RICO crimes committed by federal and state agencies may seem beyond the capability of The People to investigate through grand juries. However, the predicate crimes are rather simple, comprising murder, manslaughter, and fraud. The most important objectives throughout the investigations is to first elucidate truths and then to show those truths to The People through a published and unsealed report, regardless of whether the county, state, or federal prosecutor will follow through on a true bill recommendation to indict. The truth is the mission. Truth must be uncovered and put on display for all to see, not hidden in the darkness of a sealed true bill never to be acted upon through indictment.

A grand jury in a county or state has jurisdiction over matters dealing with the deaths of and injuries to the people in that grand jury’s jurisdiction, whether the actor committing the crime that caused the death is a federal employee in Washington D.C. or a state employee of another state, where that other state employee filed a false death certificate omitting covid immunization as a cause of death, when it clearly was the cause of death. Even a private doctor, who falsified a death certificate in one state is open to subpoena from a grand jury in another state.

The CDC Memorandum serves three functions: 1) Notice of criminal liability, 2) Cease and desist, and 3) Required action. The recipients of the original un-redacted version are the directors of the CDC, FDA, and NIH, about 12 of their subordinates, 6 state attorneys general, and, hopefully, at least 2 grand juries. The People need to learn their grand jury laws by county and state jurisdictions.
