A few people have been buying and sending books to doctors and public health officials. That is exactly what I intended and I very much appreciate those who are doing this, especially John O..
Spread TRUTH to The People. Let’s win the middle and take back our republic to protect us from the oligarchs meaning to reduce us … and US.
Lastly, please send this article around, ask people to subscribe, and help me promote my publications that bring hard irrefutable evidence in a way no others have. I need your help to get the word out there as I have been rebuffed by publishers who have great reach. I’m on my own doing this.
Enjoy my take on “democracy.” God Bless You.
“Woe unto them who call evil good, and good evil …” ~ Is 5:20
Until recently, Americans enjoyed a form of governance accurately described as a “constitutional republic.” Some use the term “democratic republic,” à la Baron de Montesquieu, whose work was the model for the United States Constitution, especially the architecture of three co-equal branches for the purpose of checks and balances. Notice, though, that “democratic republic” lacks the important descriptor, “constitutional.” This article cursorily explains why “constitutional” is so important and why Americans should stop using “democracy” in a favorable light when describing Americans’ form of governance.
The meanings of the following words are foundational to the arguments herein.
demos = “the common people,” especially of ancient Greece; aka “the populace;” and for purposes of this and other writings by this author, “The People”
crat (suffix) = an advocate or beholder of a theory of government
cracy (suffix) = “rule;” “rule by;” or “government”
republic = a state in which governance lies in representatives of the public
constitute = to set up, comprise, establish, or compose according to an express law or charter (der. constitution, constitutional)
Thus, “democracy” means “rule by The People,” or governed by The People, which may sound like a good idea at first thought. After all, We The People constituted the United States government, through representatives, at the Constitutional Convention. However, a pure democracy, resulting in and from majority vote, results in nothing more than tyranny of the plurality as explained by Tommaso D’Aquino (Thomas Aquinas) in his letter to the King of Cyprus.
Si vero iniquum regimen exerceatur per multos, democratia nuncupatur, id est potentatus populi, quando scilicet populus plebeiorum per potentiam multitudinis opprimit divites. Sic enim populus totus erit quasi unus tyrannus.
~De regno ad regem Cypri, Tomasso D’Aquino, Ch. 2. n. 11
If, indeed, the unjust regime acting as many, named “democracy,” that is power of The People, whence the common populace many oppress the rich by force. So, The People in total will be as one tyrant.
~On Kingship to the King of Cyprus, Thomas Aquinas, Ch. 2. n. 11 (Translated by John Paul Beaudoin, Sr., aka Coquin de Chien, April 2022)
Note first that “democratic,” as a descriptor to the foundational noun, “republic,” means not “democracy” in its whole. “Democratic,” in this context, simply means there are tactical aspects of “rule by The People” within the defined governance of the “republic.” In the United States, for example, elections are democratic because The People elect, by majority vote within each district or state, representatives as expressly planned in the Constitution or in state Constitutions and statutes.
Imperative to understand is that the “Constitution,” as an express framework of law upon which the republic is formed, overrides the ebb and flow of the whims of The People over time. Id est, the rights and freedoms of The People, under natural law, some of which are expressly enumerated in the Bill of Rights, cannot be subjugated from The People by majority vote, ergo, by democracy, or by majority vote of representatives.
The Constitution sits above “democratic” ideology. The Founders of these United States purposely designed the hierarchy in this order. Many believe the Founders despised democracy, else they would have used the word at least once in the Constitution.
As memorialized by James McHenry (1753–1816), a delegate from Maryland, in his journal on 18 September 1787, “A lady asked Dr. Franklin[, ‘]Well Doctor what have we got a republic or a monarchy[?] - [‘]A republic[,’] replied the Doctor[, ‘]if you can keep it.[’]” (punctuation added in square brackets) (McHenry 1787)
All cases and controversies in the past four years, brought in chancery, or courts of equity, must be weighed on the balance of two competing scales. In the balance of equities between individual liberty and the public interest lies the thesis of this article, which is … Democracy is the antithesis of individual liberty because it inequitably tips the scales in favor of the public interest over individual liberty.
Lord of the Flies (Golding 1958) is a good example of what you get from democracy. This fictional novel is set on an island upon which pre-adolescent boys are shipwrecked. Through voting and fighting and such, they elect a leader. The boys end up voting for, and cultishly following, a charismatic leader, who violates natural law and individual liberties of the few for the public interest of the many. Fear is used as a basis to gain votes and then violate the rights and freedoms of the few. In this novel, democracy is shown to manifest in the quick devolution of their society of children.
The evils done to the many through covid were done with the acceptance and desire of the majority as shown in public opinion surveys. Democracy in Massachusetts manifested in ~97% mask compliance in early 2021 with an unlawful order that had nothing to do with the prevention of spread of disease (Delphi Group 2024).
The Governor of Maskachusetts was notified on April 20, 2020, two weeks before issuing the mask mandate, that even KN-95 masks are not able to stop transmission. This is proven in The Baker Knew, which evinces e-mail messages by and between agents of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and Professor Gregory Rutledge of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Rutledge contracted with the state to test masks flown in from China on the New England Patriots jet (Beaudoin 2022). (ESPN 2020). The masks under test did not filter aerosolized viral particles to the specification required to be effective or the specification stated on the product.
The People of Massachusetts were overwhelmingly in favor of masks because the truth that masks do not work was hidden from them. The People were also deprived of the fact that state agents, hospital staff, doctors, and others fraudulently inflated the covid death count and hid covid “vaccine” deaths (Beaudoin 2024). Some of The People of Massachusetts attacked those who refused masks and those who spoke badly about covid “vaccines.”
The People, as a plurality and majority, in a democracy, can be easily fooled into self-harm and if any individual sees truth and does not want to self-harm, then “the mob” of democracy will drag that individual off the cliff with them. This is manifest democracy.
In the covid era, manifest democracy resulted in a million people needlessly killed by hospital protocols and covid gene drug therapies called “vaccines.” Those who refused self-harm were denigrated, derogated, sacked from employment, de-licensed in their professions, physically battered, verbally assaulted, and other rights violated because the public interest was unlawfully elevated above individual rights and liberty. And that was allowed to happen under the improper governance of manifest democracy.
Hillary Clinton told CNN in 2017 that it was time to abolish the electoral college (Merica 2017). She wants a popular vote. A simulation of such manifest democracy under popular vote would have those who live in cities voting for laws and representatives that would force those in suburbs and rural areas to live according to the rules (laws) needed for the cities. Id est, the people residing in the metropolitan areas in and around New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Miami, Phoenix, Boston, Riverside, and San Francisco, which comprise 100 million people, would decide how people the Dakotas, Wyoming, Utah, and Kansas must conduct their lives (Statista 2024). They would vote for restrictions on liberties such as the Second Amendment. In rural areas, where police response is often greater than 45 minutes or an hour, citizens would not be allowed to protect themselves against predators such as grizzly bears, cougars, or man.
As an economics principle, centralization nearly always leaves losses at the margins. Democracy is centralization of governance to the plurality, where the individuals outside the margins of collective thought lose rights and freedoms for the purported greater good, or popular fleeting whim, of society.
Democracy is evil and should not be attributed to a form of governance desired or expressed in the United States. More than a century of court decisions, movies, TV shows, books, and news media embellishing “democracy” to be held in esteem as a form of governance have tricked the culture into a “democracy” mindset dangerous to our republic. The U.S. republic flourishes when the ideas expressed in the Constitution are manifest.
Classical liberalism, libertarianism, Constitutionalism, and republicanism preclude a penchant for democracy. Communism, socialism, and fascism rely upon democracy to gain power. Propaganda often wins public opinion of the majority to commit atrocities against the minority at the behest of the propagandists. If the natural rights of the individual are not held above the public interest, then democracy wins and the republic is lost. The republic will not be lost. Natural law will win. The People must be educated to see the evils of democracy. And once they do, they will fight for freedom.
Thank you and God Bless you

Mistakes were not made. Pelosi and the rest of the hand-wringing congressional parasites who screech about "threats to our democracy!" know damn well what they are saying....and the funny thing is, they aren't exactly lying. Their little DC fifedom IS a corporation; they are its board of directors....and yes, the method of governance that it utilizes is as democratic as the Senate of ancient Rome, which is where the model was taken from. The lie has been perpetuated is that this group is "the government". They are not the government, nor are any of the too-numerous-to-count departments, bureaus, agencies, branches et al of every level of federal, state and local "authority" the actual government. They are all corporations, each distinct and separately chartered, and with its own Dunn&Bradstreet number. They are all government service agencies, who WeThePeople contracted to perform specific, limited tasks on our behalf. We were ALWAYS supposed to have maintained the original Republican form of government at our local, county and country ('state) level and held them in check. We didn't, though......we let our responsibility to be the checks and balances lapse. Now, we are faced with the enormous task of figuring out how to take that responsibility back and bring them to heel after generations of our people have grown up being brainwashed into believe that the racketeering group of bad actors is our actual government.
All of them are complicit; all of them. Each and every governor, secretary of state, congress at state and federal levels, Trump, RFKJr....all of them. They all know damn well that their very language is deceptive and continues to perpetuate the fraud and identity theft that has been levied against WeThePeople. And mistakes were not made; it is as deliberate and premeditated as the covid-con.
I knew I was going to like this article as soon as I read the title. Since the beginning of my political awakening 30 years ago, I notice it when people mix up the words constitutional republic and democracy or when they use “democracy” when seeming to mean “constitutional republic” or when they use them interchangeably.
In recent years, I have noticed a great many people - even people who should know better - calling the U. S. system of government a “democracy.” Democracy seems to be all the rage around the world. It is spoken of in glowing terms - something to boast about if a country is one and something to aim for if a country isn’t.
And I wonder why such prominent people (and I’m speaking about people who really seem to be in favor of liberty, not mainstream media brainwashed people) use positively a word that contradicts what they seem to be promoting.
Many have explained democracy as two wolves and a sheep deciding what’s for dinner. It is so easy to understand, but the truth of this is lost to most people who hear democracy continually lauded.
It feels pretty hopeless to try to correct people, but maybe I will continue to try…
