Refusal of proper judicial review should not be tolerated. Unfortunately, it has become the goto option for courts which have become quite political in any case which goes against the narrative. It can also be seen in all of the cases regarding the 2020 election that were dropped before evidence was presented!

I am continually amazed by the quality of the legal briefs that you present- weren't you summarily dismissed after only a single year at law school? They really robbed the legal profession of a talent when they did that. I hope THIS case is finally actually heard, with discovery etc. Crossing my fingers for you.

Excellent. Thanks for the detail. Maybe a bill in Congress to ban all Latin from legal documents? Interesting ( and depressing) to hear how they criminals changed the goal post to avoid litigation and put them back afterwards. Since covid I have begun to think that civilization is an illusion.
